Margin is judged first

Anything below the target margin, or without a clear cost basis, is neither listed nor ordered. Revenue growing while profit shrinks is blocked before the purchase order goes out.

No supplier lock-in

Work is not confined to one wholesaler's catalogue and pricing. Each order re-compares the sources whose variety, weight and quantity actually match.

It stops when it is stuck

If the first source is out of stock, a pre-verified route takes over. But when the outcome of an earlier purchase order is unclear, nothing is re-sent until the real result is confirmed.

Executing is not finishing

Listings, purchase orders and price changes count as done only once the official state at the channel and the supplier says so. A received response is not recorded as a success.

When a person decides, the reasoning and the outcome are kept together. The next time the same case appears, it passes without them.
